This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in and it’s not just because all the amazing facilities it offers or the beautiful views, but mostly because of the very welcoming staff. It is perfect for honeymooning and I’m so happy I booked it. We had a perfect week, with amazing dinners at the KePitu restaurant where the fantastic Intan made sure we had everything we needed (thank you for everything, especially for the terrific romantic dinner!😍). They also have stunning live performances every evening where we could dance along and had so much fun. Morning activities such as yoga or walks through the rice fields (thank you Rusdi for a memorable experience!) are a must do if you stay here. You must also try some of the massages at the Serayu spa, they are out of this world. The room was also great, we had our own swimming pool with amazing views of the jungle, where we could enjoy a floating breakfast and stunning flower decorations. The main pool is also very nice and almost never crowded. We also visited their sister hotel, The Kayon Jungle Resort, but we were happy we booked The Kayon Valley because it is more quiet and you can relax and enjoy a romantic getaway in a peaceful place. The hotel also has a great location and it offers a free shuttle to Ubud. They can also arrange any trips you want in the area (thank you Coco for having a great time on our tour!). I will again mention the staff, as they truly made us feel special on our stay there. There were so many people there eager to help us that I could not remember everybody’s name sadly. However, thank you Cok Oka, Niki, Dwi Indah, Agus, Sujana, Emy and everyone else! We will never forget you! If we ever come to Bali again, there is no way we’ll stay in any other hotel but this!

Amazing reception at the resort by their staff, welcome drinks and they took their time to go through things and helped us plan our day. Our luggage was sent to our rooms and then eventually their buggy took us to our room with the butler who then showed us around the accommodation too. The villa itself, OMG, breathtaking. The room was beautiful. The bed was massive, the ceiling was high with nets hanging around it, lighting all around. Beautiful long bathroom with bathroom next to the window with that view. The outside space no different. Dining and small kitchen area all well equipped. The infinity pool and jacuzzi and again, that view of the forest. Just in complete awe still that we got to stay there. Their staff were exceptional from the reception, butlers, security, drivers, restaurant staff and even the spa masseuse. Took special care of everything. No where in the world have we stayed and received that quality of customer care. The food in the restaurant all tasted amazing. Fell more in love with Indonesian food there. We also made it to one of the Balinese night experiences which was also beautiful. They also have this communal infinity pool that is just stunning. Somebody please let me go back!!! We were so sad to leave.

Their kindness and dedication shone brightly, especially during the New Year’s party, where their happiness and hard work created such a joyous atmosphere. It was heartwarming to see how much they cared about ensuring every guest had a memorable time. The resort itself is a tranquil paradise. The beautifully designed villas, surrounded by lush greenery, create a perfect retreat for relaxation. Every little detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, made me feel like I was in a true sanctuary. Recently, we stayed at the Kayon Valley Resort. Resort is conveniently located and has got great views of the jungle and mountains. The location is very peaceful and away from hustle and bustle. The property was clean and offered all amenities, overall our stay was super comfortable. The restaurant serves good food with ample options for vegetarian or vegan. The staff at the Resort is very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The initial information about the Resort and overall about Bali was provided to us by very informative staff Rusdi. He was very helpful and provided good information about Bali. Thereafter, we were taken care by another super helpful and very informative staff Yogi. Big thanks to him, he took great care of us and shown us various places across Bali, Yogi is a very nice and safe driver. Most of the staff at the resort can communicate well in English, which also helps a lot.

Amazing views both from the villa and the main pool/ restaurant. Super quiet and jungle feel, despite being just a bit out of the center of Ubud, Great place to relax after a busy day visiting around. Food in the restaurant was great - both for breakfast and dinner, although I would still recommend going to Ubud for a better Bali feel. But if you want a more tranquil/ romantic dinner - the restaurant is great. We had a great half day tour organized by the place - Yogi was an amazing guide - takings as through all the steps for the water purification ritual in Tirta Empul temple. Thanks a lot for this! For travel to and from Ubud center just take Grab - best scooter - fast and costs literally cents. Generally, a great place to explore Ubud from but be away from the noise and crowds in the center.
